A very accessible weekender trip. Canadian Shield ecology means lots of exposed rock for spacious campsites and warm sunbathing. Parking is available at Rushing River Provincial Park on HWY 71. There is no fee to launch your boat. Very scenic route but has many private cottages and powerboats on the larger lakes. Ethelma, Kushog, and Mirror Lakes should offer more peace and quiet.
